FIRST PHASE COMPLETED

We are pleased to announce that the first development on site is now open. The Mercedes dealer, Mertrux, are now operating their major new commercial vehicle centre, comprising 12,000sq ft on 2.2 acres near the entrance to the park.

The site plan identifies current availability. Please note that the plot layout is indicative only and can be amended to accommodate your specific requirements. For example, Plots 1 and 4 can provide a single unit of around 160,000 or two units of 56,500 sq. ft. respectively.

We are seeking to offer 'design and build' packages on either a freehold or leasehold basis and would be pleased to prepare sketch proposals to meet your detailed design and specification criteria. At that stage, accurate prices/rents can be established. Freehold sales of serviced plots will be considered.
